JOB VACANCY: FORMWORK SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an

experienced Formwork Supervisor

to join our construction team.

Position: Formwork Supervisor

Location: Western Cape

Salary Package: R10 000.00 - R18 000.00 per month (depending on experience & qualifications)

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 8 years' proven experience

in formwork supervision Valid

driver's licence

(Code B or higher) Strong knowledge of

formwork systems

(columns, slabs, beams, staircases, etc.) Ability to read and interpret

construction drawings and plans

Experience managing

formwork teams and subcontractors

Solid understanding of

construction safety standards

Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all

formwork activities on site

Ensure work is carried out according to

drawings, specifications, and safety requirements

Manage labour, productivity, and daily site outputs Conduct toolbox talks and enforce

health & safety compliance

Liaise with site management, engineers, and project managers Ensure quality control and correct installation of formwork systems Report progress, challenges, and material requirements
