Job Description

AGON Consult is the Forensic Service Provider of choice for various life insurers in South Africa.

We are looking for a team manager with a positive "can do" attitude who is able to investigate insurance claims as well as manage a team of investigators. This person will be responsible to provide investigation guidance, report reviewing, and client liaison.

The following are key characteristics needed for a successful candidate:

Proven managerial experience in the forensic investigation industry (min 5 years) Diverse investigation experience Innovative investigation approach Excellent report writing skills Proficient in spoken and written English Ability to succinctly summarize and highlight key aspect of investigation findings Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of investigators Attention to detail Able to meet deadlines
