Foreman - Low-Cost Housing & Civil Services Projects

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team on low-cost housing projects with a strong focus on underground services, pipeworks, and civil services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities on live housing projects.
- Manage underground services installation, pipework, and associated civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee health & safety compliance on site.
- Proven track record as a Foreman on low-cost housing and civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of underground services and pipeworks.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Driver's license and willingness to work across Western Cape and Southern Cape regions.
