Job Description
The Geotechnical Discipline is looking for a Geotechnical Foreman to supervise, control, monitor and coordinate a production team in the efficient execution of construction activities according to the site productivity targets, specifications and milestones
Requirements and Responsibilities
NQF4 Qualification in Construction (will be an advantage) 5 Years'+ experience in a Construction environment Intricate production knowledge and experience in a supervisory role on construction site Medically fit - must pass an entry medical assessment Assertive Technical Orientated Fast pace and detailed orientated Supervising and coordinating geotechnical construction activities on site Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Managing and directing a team, including assigning tasks and providing training Provide site management with advice on improving productivity and reducing operational risk Meet and exceed the site production outputs, to specification * Plan, monitor, evaluate operational performance, resources and processes
