Job Description
A leading residential property developer is seeking a Foreman with strong site management experience to oversee day-to-day construction operations.
Permanent | Location: Gauteng / Tshwane / Cape Town / KwaZulu-Natal
Requirements:
- Matric (Construction-related qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Residential Foreman
- Solid technical understanding of building processes and site management
- Strong organizational and planning abilities (Microsoft Project experience beneficial)
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications
- Manage subcontractors and site teams to meet deadlines and safety standards
- Complete required documentation and ensure accurate reporting
- Support efficient project handovers and maintain client satisfaction
