Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreman Engineering Mechanical, responsible for managing, leading and controlling the engineering maintenance activities. You will be part of the engineering mechanical team and work closely with various engineering teams and other departments to achieve the desired equipment uptime and efficiency through effective planning and execution of maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- N5 Relevant Trade Certificate (Mechanical) or Mechanical Engineering National Diploma/ Degree.
- 5 yearsxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2 relevant working experience.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and work with people.
- Ability to deliver results and meeting customer expectations.
- Office and plant based (exposed to hazardous chemicals)
- Limited travelling required (national).
- Standby required.
- Working at heights.
- Computer literacy (Basic).
- Driverxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s license.
- Support the achievement of the operational plan.
- Participate in management of the specific plan for the relevant section.
- Ensure plant/process is operational.
- Project management.
- Adherence and compliance to all HSEQ legislation, policy procedures.
- Supervising the team.
- Adhere to section cost control measures.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
