Key Objectives:

The Foreign Branch Liaison at BMG South Africa serves as the primary point of contact and coordination for international branches and partners. The Foreign Branch Liaison plays a critical role in managing communication, information exchange, and collaboration between BMG South Africa and its foreign counterparts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate regular communication channels and updates to ensure alignment on business goals and activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and cooperation coordinate collaborative projects, initiatives, and activities between BMG South Africa and international branches. Provide support to international branches in sales and marketing activities, including product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Coordinate the sharing of marketing materials, sales data, and customer insights. Coordinate logistical arrangements for special shipment and requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in international business operations. Prepare regular. Represent the company in all forms of communication, maintaining good working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients. Facilitate the exchange of information, updates, and best practices between BMG South Africa and foreign branches.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric 1 - 2 years' experience Customer service orientation Good communication skills Computer literacy
