About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Foreclosure Attorney with approximately 5 years' post-articles experience in Cape Town, while also overseeing a team in Pretoria. Experience with Standard Bank foreclosures is highly advantageous, though exposure to other banks will be very valuable.
Key Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney with 5 years' post-articles experience
- Proven track record in foreclosure litigation
- Experience acting for major banks (Standard Bank preferred)
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams in multiple locations
- Comfortable handling large volumes and tight deadlines
