Foreclosure Attorney Pretoria East
Well established Legal firm requires a Foreclosure Attorney to join their team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Admitted attorney with 5 years post admission experience in Foreclosures
(Standard Bank) experience should be recent/current.
Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the entire foreclosure process
Able to manage a portfolio independently
High court litigation right of appearance
A valid drivers license and own transport
Responsibilities
Must be a passionate individual who exudes positive energy and who strives to be the best in his/her field
Strong communication skills
Administratively strong
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in working on GHOST Practice will be an advantage
Vetting of Pleadings and Notices drafted by junior personnel
Managing of junior personnel
Excellent admin and organisational skills
Functioning under pressure and able to adhere to stringent time- lines
Salary: R30 000 Negotiable (based on experience), medical insurance, provident fund
