Dr Oetker SA is looking for a Business Development Representative - Food Services.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE ROLE
The Business Development Representative - Food Services - will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key customers and end users in the Hospitality, Restaurant, Cafes (HORECA) and Contract Catering among others. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales and operational support within the sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the food service industry, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
-Identify, prioritize, and manage key accounts within the HORECA, and Contract Catering sectors.
-Deliver sustainable volume and profit growth in accounts.
-Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with customers.
-New Business development and maintain existing distributor relationships
-Provide administrative support to the department and its operations
-Manage the production of marketing support materials such as brochures, banners and leaflets
-Drive sales growth by actively promoting our products and solutions to distributors and end users.
-Providing insights and information to assist in the development of new products
-Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with customers.
-Conduct periodic strategic engagements with customers and conduct regular business reviews to plan for growth
-Coordinate and organise trade shows, customer days and customer launches
-Complete pre and post promotional analysis to clearly showcase the ROI
-Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions tomeet customer needs.
Requirements
-Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-Indepth knowledge of the HORECA and general food service channel
-Proven experience as a Representative within the food service industry
-MS Office Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Intermediate
-Drivers license and own reliable vehicle
