Food Services/baking Sales Specialist, Free State
Job Description
Job Summary Gr12/ND/BSc Food Sc/Food & Nutr; Comp Lit; 2-5 years exp in Food Service and Baking and/or Culinary sales background ; 3-5 years exp. in liaison with/sales of frozen foods/bakery products to restaurants/hostels/ hotels/casinos/ind. catering/ distributors. Present frozen foods/bakery products/cream to clients/ acquire new customers/build lasting relationships/achieve agreed upon sales targets by product/month/ fiscal year. Take regional responsibility for Food Service channel/all related customers/neg. at management level/prep. and present regional business plans by client/participate in/implement sales strategies by helping customers to build their businesses by continuously checking on their merchandising techniques/quality of their products/product innovation. Take responsibility for the baking of the company poduct range/bake for open days/customer demos/arrange/bake off/set up/run Trade Shows/oversee training of associates of clients by organising training sessions in company training facility. Ensure price increases are communicated in the proper manner to your customers/all your products are listed correctly with the correct pricing/regularly report on calls to customers/market trends/activities of opposition/new opportunities for your company to do business.
