dynamic Food Services Assistant / Cook
to join our team and help deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook delicious meals that meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene practices
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and inventory management
Lead food preparation for events and catering orders
Ensure the kitchen stays clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and clients during functions
Complete administrative tasks including logs, inventory sheets, and waste tracking
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a cook or in a similar catering/hospitality role
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (culinary/hospitality qualifications are a plus)
Food Safety & Hygiene Certification
First Aid Certification (preferred)
