Prepare and serve food and beverages according to menu specifications and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas. Assist with stock control and report shortages promptly. Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Provide excellent customer service and support team members as needed.
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. * Previous experience in a food service or catering environment
