REQUIREMENTS:

- Front Office and Cashiering experience an advantage
p
- Computer literacy a must, in Microsoft Office
p
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
p
- Display a high level of awareness
p
- Excellent appearance, mannerism and well groomed
p
- Customer orientation and professional charm and sophistication
p
- Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime
p

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
/p
p
- Minimum Grade 12/ NQF Level 2 Food & Drink Service / Hotel School Diploma.
p
- Two to Three years experience within F&B in a similar position.
p
- Highly organized, able to prioritize, work to demand.
p

p
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
/p
p
- Supervision of staff to ensure that the highest standards are maintained
p
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of finance and the components involved in finance
p
- Control of operating equipment through correct handling, storage and regular stock counts, to minimize loss through waste, theft and breakages
p
- Maintain a high standard of customer relations and ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with immediately and effectively
p
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of procedures as directed by F&B Management
p
- Ensure that all items served are correctly billed
p
- Ability to provide skills training
p
- Knowledge of the disciplinary process
p
- Ensure that personal appearance of all staff is of the highest standard
p
