? Salary: R36,000 (Negotiable DOE)

? Location: Cape Town

? Key Focus:

? Manage food & beverage stock, pricing & cost control
/p
p
? Oversee systems (Micros, EMC, POS) & daily operations
/p
p
? Lead & train FOH teams, ensuring smooth service
/p
p
? Maintain SOPs, supplier negotiations & compliance
/p
p
? Deliver exceptional guest experiences ?
/p
p
? Requirements:
/p
p
Matric (minimum), Hospitality Diploma advantageous ?
/p
p
Microsoft Office & POS/Micros training ?
/p
p
4+ years' FOH or F&B Management experience ?
/p
p
Strong leadership, multitasking & communication skills ?
/p
p
Knowledge of health, safety & hygiene standards ?
/p
