Job Summary We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and maintain the smooth operation of our F&B department. This role is key to ensuring our guests receive an exceptional hospitality experience, aligned with our company standards and "Secret Sauce". Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the lodge's Food & Beverage department Lead; motivate, and develop a team of 15 staff members Handle F&B administration, stock control, and reporting Deliver excellent service standards while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere Support lodge management with operational requirements Requirements Previous management experience in hospitality (preferably in a lodge environment) Strong people-management & administrative skills Natural host with a passion for service excellence Knowledge of fine dining, wine lists & silver service is beneficial but not essential Preference will be given to candidates from the local area
