Food & Beverage Manager required to join this busy Management team of this well established Lodge catering for Conferences, Functions,Weddings and Buffets of all sizes. Allrounder with hands on experience in the running for a Lodge consisting of 63 units, 32 Villas, 9 Conferencing and 6 Function rooms plus 50 camp sites. Full accomodation offered consisting of a 3 bedroomed shared accomodation. Hotel School qualification coupled with a minimum of 5yrs experience in a similar management role.
