Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and consistent delivery of Pan-African cuisine to the highest standards ?

/p
p

• Collaborate with the Lodge Manager & Head Chef to develop innovative menus

/p
p

• Manage food and beverage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and costings ?

/p
p

• Ensure dining experiences from breakfast to bush dinners are seamless and memorable

/p
p

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B team to exceed expectations ??????

/p
p

• Supervise staff training, portion control, kitchen standards, and guest interaction

/p
p

• Assist at Front of House during guest arrivals, departures, and special events

/p
p
Candidate Profile & Skills:

• Energetic, proactive, and guest-focused personality ?

/p

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills

/p
p

• Creative thinker with culinary flair and menu innovation experience

/p
p

• Solid financial, stock control, and IT capabilities

/p
p

• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications & Experience:

p

• Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management advantageous ?

/p
p

• 3-5 years' F&B management experience in a 5-star lodge or boutique operation

/p
p

• Culinary background or professional kitchen experience a bonus

/p
p

• Proven experience in menu development, purchasing, stock control, and service training

/p
p

• In-depth knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and hospitality operations

/p
p

• Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence

/p
p

• Salary: R30,000-R33,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) ?

• Live-in accommodation provided ?
