Job Summary Food & Beverage Manager | Luxury Private Island | Caribbean ? Live-In | Salary: Competitive | Contract: Minimum 12 months Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager for a prestigious luxury private island in the Caribbean. This rare opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced hospitality professional passionate about leadership, service excellence, and creating unforgettable guest experiences in a world-class luxury environment ? Requirements: o Minimum 5 years' experience in high-end resort or luxury F&B management o At least 3 years' people management or leadership experience o Proven 5-star luxury hospitality background o Extensive beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, mocktails) o WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred o Strong inventory, stock, and cost control management experience o Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills o Hands-on, operational management approach o Valid driver's licence o Professional, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Key Responsibilities: o Lead, manage, train, and develop the Food & Beverage team o Drive exceptional guest interaction and relationship-building o Ensure consistent delivery of world-class F&B service o Create memorable, personalised guest experiences o Implement and manage effective stock control and cost management systems o Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships o Manage beverage programmes including wines, cocktails, and mocktails o Maintain strong collaboration with all departments o Monitor financial performance and achieve monthly targets o Stay up to date with industry trends to enhance service innovation o Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance Skills & Personal Attributes: o Excellent organisational and planning abilities o Strong leadership and team motivation skills o Outstanding guest relations and communication skills o High attention to detail o Calm and professional under pressure o Resourceful and solution-oriented o Flexible and adaptable attitude o Strong sense of ownership and responsibility o Passion for hospitality and guest experience o Energetic, positive, and highly self-motivated Package & Benefits: o Minimum 12-month contract (subject to work permit approval) o Competitive salary with performance bonus up to 20% of annual salary o 22 days paid annual leave plus public holidays o Participation in gratuities pool o Live-in accommodation and food allowance provided o Initial and return flights from country of residence o Annual flight allowance o Medical cover o Opportunity to work in an exclusive, international luxury environment To apply for the Food & Beverage Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
