Job Summary ?? Food & Beverage Manager - Luxury Lodge ?? ? Hoedspruit | ? R30,000 - R33,000 (DOE) | ? Live-in Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious luxury lodge in Hoedspruit. This is a live-in role where you'll oversee the full F&B operation, from Pan-African cuisine to curated guest dining experiences, while leading and inspiring a talented team. ? Key Focus Areas: ??? Cuisine & Kitchen - Maintain world-class standards, collaborate on menus, ensure quality, and bring creative flair to the lodge's dining philosophy ? Stock & Finance - Manage food & beverage costs, stock takes, supplier negotiations, and accurate ordering ? Guest Experience - Deliver exceptional dining moments from bush breakfasts to elegant dinners, tailoring experiences for dietary needs ? Team Leadership - Train, mentor, and motivate your F&B team to deliver consistently outstanding service ? Sustainability & Community - Build relationships with suppliers and ensure eco-conscious practices ? What you'll need: 3-5 years' F&B Management experience in a 5-star lodge or boutique hospitality environment Strong leadership, guest relations, and training skills Proven background in menu development, purchasing, and stock control In-depth knowledge of food hygiene & hospitality operations Culinary background (advantageous) Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management (advantageous) Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence ?
