Job Summary Food & Beverage Manager | Luxury Hotel Group | Ghana Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel group in Ghana . This is an exciting live-in opportunity offering a competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience), where you will lead the F&B operations and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment Strong understanding of F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services Exceptional leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organisational, administrative, and financial management skills Ability to maintain high standards of service, quality, and hygiene Proactive, professional, and guest-focused attitude Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Willingness to live on-site Key Responsibilities: Oversee all Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service standards Manage and motivate the F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop, implement, and monitor F&B policies, procedures, and SOPs Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dining experiences for all guests Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance of the F&B department Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and hotel performance To apply for the Food & Beverage Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo toDaySimone@ Apply Below.
