Job Summary Food & Beverage Manager - Luxury Hotel Group | Ghana Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Hotel Group in Ghana. This is a live-in position with a competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B management within luxury hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment Strong understanding of F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services Exceptional leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organisational, administrative, and financial management skills Ability to maintain high standards of service, quality, and hygiene Proactive; professional, and guest-focused attitude Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Willingness to live on-site Key Responsibilities: Oversee all Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service standards Manage and motivate the F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop; implement, and monitor F&B policies, procedures, and SOPs Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dining experiences for all guests Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance of the F&B department Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and hotel performance This position offers a unique opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional to lead a high-performing F&B team within a world-class luxury hotel setting.
