Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager that will be responsible for overseeing the operations of food and beverage services in
establishments.
Requirements:
Staff & budgeting management, menu planning, quality control and customer service.
Operational oversight.
Managing day-to-day
operations of food and beverage outlets, including scheduling, workflow, and staff performance.
Require strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of food and beverage trends and customer service excellence.
Micros System experience required.
Experience with a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House/ lodge
