As Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, efficient staff performance, and optimal guest satisfaction. You will manage stock control, monitor costs, and implement strategies to drive revenue while maintaining operational efficiency.
The role requires strong leadership to train, motivate, and develop your team, coordinate seamless service across outlets and events, and uphold the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer experience.
