Job Summary FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER - BOUTIQUE HOTEL, CAPE TOWNTo lead the Food and Beverage Team including Kitchen in the provision of high quality Food and Beverage Products and Services for Hotel guests and customers.Key Performance AreasFinance and AdministrationHuman ResourcesSourcing and PurchasingFood and Beverage DeliveryContract ManagementCross functional integrationSelf-management and Performance OwnershipRequired Minimum Education/TrainingGrade 12 (NQF level 4)Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)Numeracy skills (NQF 4)Relevant tertiary qualification (preferable)Required Minimum Work ExperienceAt least 3 years' experience in similar role; experience in business strategy development, market research and competitor analysis; familiar with report writing; management experience in product improvement and service delivery in all Food and Beverage areas; stock management and purchase requirements; team management and leadership.
