Job Summary Luxury 5* Hotel based in Dubai is looking for a Food & Beverage Ambassador. You will be acting as the first point of contact to handle guest queries ; process modifications and coordinate with kitchen / service staff for smooth guest experiences ; requiring excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills. Duties: Provides exceptional dining service across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining. Assists guests with menu selections, dietary requirements and service preferences while ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service. Maintains cleanliness, service standards and contributes to a welcoming dining atmosphere. Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management Previous experience in luxury hotel / fine dining settings At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role. Language: Fluency in English is essential, with other languages being a bonus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent telephone manner and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work with booking systems.
