Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
Service Oversight

  • Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service across all outlets.
  • Monitor guest experience and respond promptly to complaints or feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to company service standards, hygiene, and presentation guidelines.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and cleanliness.
Team Leadership
  • Lead by example and support staff during busy service periods.
  • Help train, mentor, and guide new and existing staff in service techniques and policies.
  • Allocate duties, set shift rosters, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
Guest Relations
  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Handle guest requests, special occasions, and dietary requirements efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Operational Duties
  • Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies for service.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and relay important information or updates.
  • Support execution of events, conferences, and banquets as required.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in all food and beverage service areas.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock control, and order placement.
  • Complete necessary shift reports and handovers for incoming teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of breakages, guest issues, and incidents.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a food and beverage role, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant service standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
