Minimum 5 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel
Minimum 10 years' total experience in F&B management
Strong leadership across restaurant, bar, and conferencing environments
Excellent guest service mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Financial and administrative strength - budgeting, cost control, and reporting
Hospitality-related qualification (original certificates required)
Minimum 3 contactable written references
South African citizenship strongly preferred (for permit & home leave logistics)

To qualify for a Mozambican work permit, you must provide:
Minimum 5 years' consecutive experience as F&B Manager
