Job Summary ? ?? is partnering with an intimate 5* Lodge in the Sabi Sands, to recruit an experienced and passionate ???? & to join their team. The ideal candidate is an experienced F&B professional with a strong background in 5-star hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. They are well-versed in current food and beverage trends, highly organized, and proficient in stock control systems and F&B software. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent would be beneficial. 3 years' experience in a similar position within a 5-star environment. Passionate about service ensuring guest satisfaction. Exceptional communication and guest hosting skills. A good understanding of Local & International food and beverage trends. A strong & fair leader with good interpersonal skills. Organized with knowledge of F&B software and stock control programs. Stable employment history and contactable references. Start - ASAP Salary - 15-20K depending on experience with pension and medical aid contributions Work Cycle - 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off Live in benefits - on suite room & all meals during the 6 week work cycle ??PLEASE NOTE - Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
