Key Responsibilities:
Manage all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and stock management.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth lodge operations.
Implement innovative strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or safari lodge settings.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and costs.
Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to the demands of a live-in position.
