Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service, maximizing revenue, and managing a team of dedicated staff.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and catering services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecast sales, and monitor financial performance.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by regularly reviewing feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring a high level of morale and team spirit.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Menu Development:
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus.
  • Ensure menu items are profitable and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management and cost control.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
  • Food and Beverage certificate
