Job Summary Food & Beverage Manager
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the dining operations of our luxury property. This role calls for a hands-on leader who can balance creativity with operational excellence, ensuring our guests enjoy world-class dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
• Drive service excellence, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, personalised, and memorable
• Oversee menu development in collaboration with the culinary team, maintaining a balance between innovation and brand standards
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets, with a strong focus on profitability
• Implement and monitor service standards, staff training, and development programs
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh ideas to enhance the F&B offering

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a senior supervisory role within luxury hotels, resorts, or lodges
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• A passion for food, wine, and service excellence
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Hospitality or F&B management qualification preferred
