Accurately capture all food and beverage supplier invoices into the inventory management system.
Record daily stock transfers from central stores to restaurants, bars, and other outlets.
Reconcile delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Monitor stock variances and flag discrepancies to the stock controller or procurement team.
Assist with weekly/monthly stock takes by ensuring system records are up to date.
Liaise with suppliers and outlet managers to resolve queries related to stock deliveries or pricing.
Maintain and update item codes, prices, and vendor details in the inventory database.
Generate inventory movement and usage reports for management as required.
Support the finance team with month-end reporting related to stock values and costs.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures regarding stock management and documentation.
