Live-in Role | R8,000 - R10,000 DOE | 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and guest-focused Receptionist / Guest Relations team member for a luxury safari lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys guest interaction, lodge operations, and is willing to assist with hosting activities and guest meals when required. Key Responsibilities o Manage front office operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations support o Deliver warm, professional guest service and handle guest queries with confidence o Assist with hosting guest activities, meals, and lodge events when required o Manage guest communication, schedules, and daily lodge coordination o Maintain accurate guest records, billing support, and administrative tasks o Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences o Uphold luxury lodge service standards at all times Requirements (Essential) o Previous experience in a luxury lodge or high-end hospitality environment o Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook o Excellent people skills with a confident, guest-facing personality o Experience using hospitality or reservations software - essential o Valid driver's licence and own transport Beneficial Experience o Experience with Benson or Tall Order systems advantageous Package o Salary: R8,000 - R10,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) o Live-in accommodation provided o Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off o Opportunity to grow within a luxury safari lodge environment To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
