Oversee dining service and guest-facing operations, ensuring memorable experiences.

Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Daily Operations & Duty Management

Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.

Oversee housekeeping, kitchen, guiding, spa, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Coordinate staff briefings and monitor lodge facilities for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
/p

p
Support stock control, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
/p

Staff Supervision & Development

Supervise and mentor FOH staff, ensuring service excellence.

Assist with scheduling, HR admin, and training initiatives.

Foster a positive, professional, and guest-centric team culture.

Administration & Reporting

Support reservations, guest billing, and general lodge administration.

Maintain accurate operational records (guest feedback, maintenance, incidents).

Provide updates to management on staff performance and operational issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years in luxury lodge management or FOH supervision.

Strong interpersonal and guest-relations skills.

Leadership experience with proven team management ability.

Computer literacy (MS Office, PMS/reservation systems).

/li

p
Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a remote lodge environment.
