As the first point of contact for the discerning guests, you will manage reception duties, coordinate guest logistics, and ensure seamless administrative operations. This is a live-in position ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures

Handle reservations, guest correspondence, and lodge communications

Maintain accurate administrative records and reports

Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Uphold the lodge's high standards of service, discretion, and professionalism

Requirements

Minimum
strong
2 years' experience
/strong
in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel

Strong administrative and front-of-house (reception) skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems

Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality
