Fmcg Sales Manager Kzn
Job Description
Umhlanga. Excellent opportunity exists with well-established national suppliers of on-trend stationery and gifting consumer products to South Africa's major retail chains and independent stores. Working out of the Umhlanga offices , this is a field based, operational position responsible for the KZN region that requires travel and sleep out periods.
Manage junior sales reps, merchandisers and stock controllers to ensure that merchandising plans are carried out in various stores across KZN.
Will suit a senior sales representative with solid experience selling to retail chains and independent stores, who has managed merchandisers and is ready for progression into a Sales Management role.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Sales and Marketing Degree or Diploma
- FMCG sales repping experience - sales of consumer products to retail chains and independent stores
- Experience managing staff
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid Excel and analytical skills
- Valid drivers licence
- Contactable references
