Job Description
A FMGC Retail Company is seeking A IT Manager, fully competent, high level individual to oversee all technology operations within a premium meat retail environment, ensuring that systems run efficiently, securely, and support retail, production, and supply-chain functions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and experience working in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.

- IT Asset & Inventory Control
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years' experience in IT support or IT management (retail or FMCG preferred).
Strong experience with POS systems, retail ERP solutions, and networking.
Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.
Experience with cybersecurity and IT infrastructure administration.
Advantageous: Knowledge of meat retail scale systems, production ERP, or supply-chain systems.
