Job Description
Our client, a renowned Entity in the FMCG Manufacturing industry is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a seasoned Commercial Financial Manager to head up a cross-functional team of Commercial and Financial management Specialists, to be based in their Johannesburg, South Africa Operation.
PLEASE NOTE:
A benchmarked CTC Compensation Package of Up to R1, 20 M per annum is on offer.
KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- At minimum a bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager in a commercial setting within an FMCG Manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.
- Formulate and implement financial strategies to optimise commercial performance.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Monitor and report on financial performance to senior management.
