Build relationships with key customers
Coordination of all customer complaint investigation activities ensuring the closing of complaints on time and to the satisfaction of both COMPANY and the customer
Responsible for the onsite investigation of Quality issues and perform the necessary tasks (depending on the issue)
Act as Complaint Owner - administrate customer complaints in SAP/ICCM
Manage service escalations and ensure timely resolution with the key stakeholders.
Ensure service quality and compliance with service processes, governance and administration tools.
Communicate with the customer and internal during the complaint investigation to keep customers informed of progress.
Responsibility for aseptic tests and sterility investigations for all new and installed fillers
Support to customers and commercial department in aseptic filling technology - Advisor and consultant towards customers installations
Support and training to both internal and external customers in COMPANY quality control and quality assurance procedures
Key contact in all related quality issues with regional COMPANY headquarters. Closely works together with colleagues from other countries and, if necessary, travelling to assist them with quality issues.
Audit the field where quality of technical service as one product is the main criteria. Feedback to internal technical department: continuous improvement spirit
Responsible for the execution of any change management activities/ programmes
Handle customer information requests e.g. documents, questionnaires etc.
Facilitate / Host Customer Quality Audits.
Sharing with customers the relevant KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in food technology, biological science, engineering or packaging
Familiarity with workplace safety standards
Minimum three years' work experience in a relevant field
Experience in food processing and packaging industry
Knowledge of food microbiology and technology in the aseptic food industry; knowledge in aseptic filling systems (carton bottle filling, food packaging) an advantage
Knowledge in quality, assurance and management ISO 9001, ASE, IFS rules, BRC
Solid experience in quality problem solving tools (analytical background, root cause analysis, defining corrective measures)
