Job Description
FMCG / AGRI/ MILL Internal Sales Manager, Frankfort Free State, Rneg + Ben
- 3 years' experience in a sales/internal sales management
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors advantageous
- knowledge of ERP systems as well as
- Microsoft Excel
- manage cross-functional processes and reporting
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Managing internal sales operations
- Identifying growth opportunities and working closely with external sales teams.
- Supporting business strategy with clear communication
- Manage invoicing, returns, and stock transfers
- Maintain FIFO stock system and pricing accuracy
- Manage dispatch teams and pallet control process
- Implement and monitor the "20 Keys" continuous improvement system
- Approve and monitor purchase and sales orders
- Monitor and guide clients on credit limits
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Stay updated on technologies, products, and industry practices
