L'Oreal is seeking a strategic recruitment agency partner to assist in identifying and attracting exceptional, highly-motivated digital talent for our exclusive FLUX Digital Interns Program. This program is designed to cultivate future-proof skills in critical areas such as AI, digital marketing, data analytics, and sustainable innovation, empowering participants to shape the future of the beauty industry. The FLUX Programme

Program Name: FLUX Digital Interns Program Core Purpose: The FLUX Programme is an exclusive, highly selective internship designed to equip a diverse group of exceptional individuals with the cutting-edge skills needed to thrive in the future of beauty and technology. Its primary goal is to develop future-proof skills essential for success in the evolving beauty and technology landscape. Selectivity & Scale: This is a highly selective program. Each year, only 4 candidates are chosen to participate in this unique opportunity. Key Skill Development Areas: FLUX specifically focuses on developing expertise in: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Digital Marketing Data Analytics Sustainable Innovation Other future-oriented skills in digital, data, medical, or research fields. 3. The Ideal FLUX Digital Intern Candidate Profile



The FLUX Programme seeks highly motivated, talented, and forward-thinking individuals who meet the following criteria:

Academic Status: Have recently graduated (within the past year) from a degree or postgraduate program. Key Motivations & Skills: Future-Oriented Skill Set: Keen on building expertise in digital, data, AI, medical, or research fields. Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding or strong interest in these areas. Aptitude for Learning & Innovation: Possess a strong demonstrable aptitude for continuous learning, adapting to new technologies, and driving innovative solutions. Dynamic & Challenging Environment: Eager to contribute proactively and thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging corporate environment. Duration: 12 months Start Date(s): 1 November Location: Woodmead, Johannesburg

6. Recruitment Process & Agency Deliverables



The agency's role will be critical in sourcing, screening, and presenting highly qualified candidates who align perfectly with the FLUX Programme's unique requirements. Preference will be given to persons with a disability.

Initial Screening & Assessment: The agency is responsible for: Conducting initial resume/CV reviews to assess academic qualifications and relevant experience/interest. Performing initial phone or video interviews to gauge communication skills, motivation, aptitude for learning, and alignment with FLUX values. Assessing candidates' foundational understanding or strong interest in AI, digital marketing, data analytics, sustainable innovation, and other future-oriented digital/tech skills. Providing medical letter and declaration for persons living with a disability. Candidate Submission: The agency should provide a curated shortlist of top candidates, complete with: Detailed candidate profiles/summaries highlighting their qualifications, relevant experience, and fit for FLUX. Resume/CV and any relevant portfolio/project work. Interview notes from agency screening. Medical letter and declaration letter of disability L'Oreal's Interview Process: Interview with HRBP's (In person) Interview with Hiring Manager or Team (In-person) Agency to send background checks and references of preferred candidates Timeline: Start date: 01 November * Reporting: Regular updates on pipeline, challenges, and successes are expected.
