What you will do:
Develop and execute social media strategies
Curate and repurpose content from existing libraries and YouTube clips for reels, carousels, and short-form storytelling
Edit short-form videos in CapCut and design visually cohesive posts in Canva
Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story interactions
Monitor analytics dashboards, track KPIs weekly, and share growth reports with co-founders
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and coordinate lightly with the YouTube editor
Securely work with customers' sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
At least 2 years managing social media for a creator, influencer, or digital brand
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms
Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and social analytics tools
Excellent written communication and awareness of trends
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and balance data-driven insights with creative storytelling
Positive and responsible attitude
Excellent time-management skills
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
