Qualifications: Have a passion for Homeware & Decor
2-3 years previous retail or supervisory experience.
Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Be organized and detail-oriented.
Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Grade 12
Responsibilities: Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Managing daily store operations, ensuring product availability, and visual merchandising excellence. Providing product knowledge and assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect gear for their needs.
Implementing loss prevention and inventory management procedures.
* Collaborating with the store manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
