Job Description
One of our clients, a luxury boutique hotel situated in the bustling Sea Point area is looking for a Floor Manager to start immediately. The applicant must have a strong hospitality background and floor managerial experience. The candidate must be proactive, energetic and a self starter. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Ensuring staff is trained on all aspects of operations .
- Ensuring stock and waste is managed accordingly.
- Engaging with guests and ensuring all guests are happy .
- Ensuring the daily running of the restaurant (breakfast , lunch and dinner)
- Ensuring stock takes are done on a daily basis.
- Ensuring the daily check list and deep cleaning is done approapritely.
- 1-2 years experience as a floor manager
- Matric
- Hospitality diploma or equivalent
- Diploma (Preferred)
- floor manager: 2 years (Required)
