Flight Line Coordinator

Job Description
The main objective of the position is to prepare all aircraft to enable a service experience of high standard, quality and professionalism on a 24-hour readiness basis, as well as assisting Flight Administrators with setups for flights and ground handling.
Key responsibilities
Ensure pre and post flight preparations are done on time Ensure that the facility is always clean and that flight operations' stock is controlled effectively Ensure that all vehicles, including GSE and aircraft tugs, are checked daily for operational readiness and report any defects or maintenance items Assist Lounge and FBO with aircraft arrivals and departures Coordinate aircraft ground movement and aircraft towing (positioning, chocking, marshalling & manoeuvring) Ensure positive communication with all dispatched aircraft and inform relevant personnel of changes in flight schedules Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager
Experience
1 Year related experience in the aviation industry
Qualifications
Grade 12 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Additional requirements
Ability to work shifts, standby and overtime Valid Driver's License
