Job Description
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy, based at Lanseria International Airport.
The main objective of the position is to effectively coordinate the ground handling and flight clearances process, as well as all FBO type requests to ensure a service of high standards, quality and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
Effectively handle the ground handling process Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients Ensure effective marketing of the FBO services Ensure that all costing for invoices is done effectively Effectively handle flight clearances, security services or any aviation service Ensure that all flight preparations are done Ensure effective post flight handling (receive aircraft on arrival, obtain relevant post flight details and documentation, handover to charter/dispatch) Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager
Experience
2 - 3 Years general administration related experience in the Aviation industry 2 - 3 Years customer relations experience 2 - 3 Years VIP service industry experience (added advantage) Familiar with the process of applying for over flight and landing clearances
Qualifications
Matric/Grade 12 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Relevant aviation regulatory training courses (Aviation Services, Airside Induction, AVOP, Dangerous Goods)
Additional Requirements
Driver's License (Code 8) & own reliable transport Ability to work shifts and overtime
