We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated retail professional with a can-do attitude who's passionate about delivering world-class customer service and driving growth. Our stores are buzzing, and our business is booming - don't miss this opportunity!

YOUR CORE DUTIES:

Ensure a high level of customer service and promote a world class customer experience. Maintaining outstanding store standards and visual merchandising standards. Replenishing of stock to ensure that the store is fully stocked and products are readily available for customers. Promote sales. Ascertain customers' needs and wants. Manage the point of sale processes. Keep up to date with product information. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures. Managing stock and monitoring the sales floor to minimize risk to the business. Answering questions and addressing concerns expressed by customers.

WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF YOU:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Retail experience will be an advantage. Customer service focus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well in a team. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Sound PC-skills, MS-office Knowledge, and Outlook. Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and over the festive season.
