We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate, and results-driven Fleet/ Stock Controller to join our energetic & dynamic team at Western Cape Blood Service.
A vacancy exists for a Fleet/ Stock Controller xe2x80x93 Paarl Donor Division (Grade B3)
Main Purpose of the job:
- Issuing of clinic consumables, equipment and stock to mobile teams according to clinic bleeding targets
- Daily routine checks of all vehicles, trailers, caravans and mobile bus to ensure they are roadworthy.
- Ordering of stores items and proper rotation of stocks according to expiry
- Charging of all laptops, Trach-tech devices and Hemoflows daily.
- Using Webfleet vehicle monitoring system
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Co-ordination and problem-solving skills
- May involve shift work and after hours call out duties, e.g. when short staffed
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Certificate in Fleet Management added Advantageous
- Code C Driverxe2x80x99s license without endorsements, and valid PrDP
- Computer literate
- 3 years of experience in Donor clinic
- Experience in Sage Evolution will be an added advantage
