Responsibilities:

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Fleet Safety EHS Coordinator based at PepsiCo Park. Successful incumbent will Assist in implementing , monitoring and evaluation of fleet safety operations to ensure compliance to the PepsiCo Fleet Safety program and Legal Requirements.

Accountabilities:Develop and implement a Fleet Management System Develop and implement a driver on boarding Management System Update Fleet Safety dashboards & create visibility of site Fleet Safety KPI's. Update and implement EHS procedures through the GEHSMS program. Investigate and report EHS incidents related to Fleet safety, identify root cause and implement corrective actions. Conduct fleets safety inspections, internal audit & external EHS audits. Conduct Driver Training including safe driving practices, regulatory requirements and emergency response. Data analysis, analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvement Collaborate with other departments to promote a safe driving culture across the organization Drive Fleet Safety awareness campaign

Qualifications:

What will qualify you for the role

:Minimum of 3 years' experience as an EHS coordinator. Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations such as OHS Act, NRTA, and all other applicable regulations interns of EHS. Grade 12 plus a Diploma or Degree Qualification in EHS or Fleet related Qualification The ability to read and interpret EHS data EHS stats The ability to formulate Fleet safety improvement initiatives informed by EHS data and stats Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
